Description:
 
The Business Development Associate takes a consultative approach with prospective customers to answer questions and guide their journey when researching off-road campers.  The role is heavily centered on relationship management, building trust with customers through product expertise along with lifestyle and industry experience.  
 
The role has the potential to grow into a sales leadership role within the organization.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Listen to and understand customers off-grid lifestyle preferences.  Consult with prospective customers on camper features, specifications, components, and manufacturer brand & model comparisons.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and conducts timely outbound follow up.
  • Accurately and consistently manages an active sales pipeline including customer information, preferred units, lifestyle goals, inventory availability and delivery schedules.  Records all activity in the CRM.
  • Effectively manages long-term relationships with prospective and current customers, before, during, and following the delivery of their camper.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective customers, whether visiting our showroom, calling in, or inquiring online. 
  • Build strong rapport with customers in person and over the phone.
  • Support with marketing activities, including online marketing, social marketing, events/tradeshows, and supporting management with supplier and vendor partnerships.
  • Other duties as requested by management.
 
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, be coachable, and be committed to driving growth within the organization
  • Possess clear and concise written and verbal communications.
  • Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision to achieve objectives.
  • Knowledge and experience with computer systems, software, and web browsers including MacOS, Microsoft Office applications, GSuite applications, and ability to learn industry specific applications.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be at least 18 yrs old.  Owning a vehicle and having the ability to tow a camper weighing 4000 lbs is a plus.
 
Education and Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in a sales or business development related position  
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college a plus.  
  • RV experience is not required, but a passion for outdoor adventure is.

Description:
 
The Office & Marketing Coordinator is involved with multiple aspects of business operations including customer experience, inventory management, website updates, social engagement, marketing support, and other administrative duties in the office and showroom.  
 
The role has the potential to grow into a variety of opportunities including marketing, finance, sales, eCommerce, purchasing, and other leadership responsibilities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our current and prospective customers, whether visiting our showroom, calling in, or inquiring online. 
  • Greet and offer assistance or direction to customers and prospects when entering the showroom and with phone calls.  Schedule appointments for new sales consultations.
  • Build strong rapport with customers in person and over the phone.
  • Manage customer CRM database and Dealer Management System with customer information, inventory management, financial tracking, data input, lead and deal reconciliations.  
  • Support Office Manager and Operations including scheduling, deal and document preparation, inventory management, and customer financing applications.
  • Prepare paperwork for sales and rentals and organize filing systems for completed sales and rentals.
  • Support with marketing activities, including photography, preparing files, editing content, social media preparation, and event management.
  • Maintain and update website inventory including uploading photos, pricing, specifications, adding new products, and stock levels.
  • Be fluent with sales inventory, specifications, and be able to effectively answer questions from customers on different campers.
  • Other duties as requested by management.
 
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, and be committed to fulfilling a variety of job duties that may change frequently.
  • Possess strong communication and follow up skills with customers of all demographics.
  • Be detailed oriented, take notes, and follow through on tasks and action items without reminders.
  • Knowledge and experience with computer systems, software, and web browsers including MacOS, Windows, Microsoft Office applications, GSuite applications, and ability to learn industry specific applications.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be at least 18 yrs old.  Owning a vehicle and having the ability to tow a camper weighing 4000 lbs is a plus.
 
Education and Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer service, office management, or marketing oriented role.  Prior experience in a growth business serving multiple different roles is preferred.  
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college a plus.

Description:
 
The Content Creator / Video Editor is an independent contractor-based role for XGRiD Campers designed to help promote the XGRID Campers brand, our partners, and document the events and travels of the XGRID team.   
 
Responsibilities:
  • Creating media content via photography and videography for brand awareness, product promotion, and event promotion
  • Recording, processing, editing, and preparing media for promotion, advertisements and social media
  • Posting content via our social media platforms, ie: YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Building a strategic plan for brand and product growth
  • Working with a team to meet company goals
  • Meeting and greeting customers to ensure a quality experience with the company
  • Participation in off-site camping events, rallies, and expos
 
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Must have own computer system, camera, and software and be capable of producing video content for online and social platforms
  • Experience in social media, marketing, and online platforms
  • Possess strong communication and follow up skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and have a vehicle capable of traveling in remote locations for photoshoots and events.  
 
Physical Requirements
  • This position is primarily mobile – employees must be able to stand for long periods. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, twist and lift 40lbs.
